The owners of this beauty on the bay were looking to build an elegant and serene beachside home to enhance and complement the gorgeous view of the expansive waters just outside their windows. The custom home was built by EH Custom Homes located in Lewes and serving Sussex County, Delaware.
American Cedar & Millwork is proud to have provided not only product expertise and an extensive amount of the highest quality building materials, but also custom kitchen and bath designs by ACM Kitchen & Bath Designer, Bryan Miller.
Cabinets and hardware include Wellborn Premier cabinetry, countertops in a combination of Cambria Quartz, Silestone Quartz, and Q-Quartz, as well as Jeffrey Alexander cabinet hardware from Hardware Resources, Top Knobs, and Emtek.
Interior millwork includes Interior doors by Jeld Wen, molded Santa Fe style, barn doors by Trustile, and interior moulding by American Cedar & Millwork in handpicked profiles. The stairs and rails are white oak, customed by Taney, with metal balusters.
Exterior materials include Therma Tru doors, Azek dark hickory decking with custom Intex rails with black metal balusters.
