Product Details

Inclusions:

  1. Pre-check prior to delivery and installation.
  2. Meet the delivery driver and offload materials for onsite storage by others.
  3. Install Tyvek Flex Wrap sill pan flashing tape at each rough opening sill.
  4. Install the new products using nailing fin installation method per manufacturers specifications into the rough openings that have been completely prepared by others.
  5. Tape the nailing fins to the building substrate with Tyvek Straight Flash flashing tape.
  6. Insulate the shim cavity with OSI window and door spray foam insulation.
  7. Cut insulation shims off flush with the house framing.
  8. Clean up and remove all trash and debris associated with this scope of work to an on-site dumpster provided by the GC and leave the work area broom cleaned. If dumpsters are not available, trash to be piled in the garage and removed by others. 

Exclusions:

  1. Framing or modifications of any rough/masonry openings including slot for multi slide threshold
  2. Supply or installation of any interior trim.
  3. Paint or stain work.
  4. Protection of stored or installed materials from damage caused by others.
  5. Supply or installation of entry door hardware.
  6. Any item not listed as an inclusion is excluded from the scope of work.
