North Carolina Historic Labor Building

Located on West Edenton Street across from the State Capitol, the historic Labor Building was originally designed in 1885 by architect Gustavus Adolphus Bauer.

Because of its historic designation, all renovation work required close coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office to ensure that materials, colors, and design details met preservation standards.
