I was referred to Kristin at American Cedar & Millwork by my contractor as I was having trouble finding a quality bathroom vanity. She and I spoke on the phone briefly before setting up an appointment to come into the showroom in Millersville. The first time I met with Kristin, I could tell she was going to be great to work with. She pulled samples based on our telephone chat and was very prepared. I loved the way it felt like a private session. She is a great listener and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. A custom vanity is not inexpensive and I could have taken my business anywhere but within five minutes of meeting her, she felt like someone who appreciated my business. No matter how many cabinetry options I asked her to price out or countertop samples to order, she remained attentive and patient. She has amazing customer service. That is very rare these days. I plan on working with Kristin again in the future for other home improvement projects.
